ACCOUNT MANAGER
Department: Client Services
Reports to: General Manager

You are a master negotiator well versed in the world of client services. You’ve got an action-oriented approach to managing accounts and recognize when to propose additional solutions for your clients. Client customer service is the holy grail of your day.

You fuel your network with boundless energy, brand knowledge and insights around the industry and consumers. Don’t forget the money — you are responsible for keeping your accounts profitable and growing — for Nemo and our clients.

Core Responsibilities

• Partner with the Account Strategist to develop and present client business goals, situation analysis, challenges, solutions, and measurement criteria
• Actively seek and identify new business opportunities within assigned clients; up-sell and cross-sell Nemo services
• Provide the internal team with a clearly defined brief that contains concise information on the product, audience and strategy enabling them to develop creative concepts
• Collaboratively write scopes of work; lead capabilities presentations and proposals
• Partner with the creative lead to effectively present and defend all creative work/proposals to clients.
• Review estimates and schedules provided by project managers; oversee scope to negotiate change orders when needed
• Participate in sales meetings and track forecasting on weekly basis in CRM; prepare monthly client overviews

Skills and Qualifications

• 6+ years of account management experience in an agency setting
• Demonstrated understanding of marketing and advertising campaigns, including branding, print, interactive and retail components
• Extensive client-facing exposure and account direction; comfortable providing strategic solutions
• Demonstrate an ability to think creatively, sell strategically, and communicate efficiently internally and externally
• Strong financial negotiation and presentation skills
• Knowledgeable in outdoor lifestyle brands: footwear, apparel, equipment

• You are a solid designer who can create ID systems.
• You are versatile enough to work through 100 page documents, ensuring the vision and aesthetic integrity are consistent in the details.
• You are versed in current trends, and you are not a jackhole.
• Retail and Nike experience are a bonus.
• You will be operating as part of our team in our studio at 1875 SE Belmont.

PRODUCTION DESIGNER NEEDED FOR 6-8 WEEK PROJECT

• You are a production designer.
• You are fast and accurate.
• You can make mechanicals, do visual research, comp up assets, and manage/update 100 page design documents.
• You are not a D-bag.
• Retail and Nike experience are a bonus.
• You will be operating as part of our team in our studio at 1875 SE Belmont.
